摘要: <正>以油樟、阔瓣含笑、金叶含笑、桂南木莲的 1年生容器苗为试材 ,通过盆栽试验 ,研究其在土壤铅污染胁迫下细胞膜透性的变化。结果表明 ,4个树种在不同浓度铅胁迫下 ,膜透性增大 ,均表现出受害症状 ,但变幅不尽一致。通过方差分析和多重对比 ,初步得出 4个树种抗铅污染能力的强弱顺序依次为 :油樟 ,阔瓣含笑 ,金叶含笑 ,桂南木莲

Abstract: One year old seedling of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum,Michelia platypetala,Michelia foveolata and Manglietia chingii were selected for this experiment.The purpose of this paper is to study the change of cell membrance permeabilities of four species on the Pb stress in the soil.The results have shown that the cell membrance permeabilities of all of tree species in this experiment increased under the stress of different Pb concentrations and they respresented different grades of harmfulness.On basis of variance analysis and multiple-factor comparison(SPSS 11.5),the tolerance of four species to Pb stress could be preliminarily ordered as:Cinnamomum longepaniculatum,Michelia platypetala,Micheia foveolata,Manglietia chingii.
