摘要: <正>泗洪大枣 (ZizyphusjujubaMill.var.sihongensis)组培繁殖技术研究结果表明 ,促进泗洪大枣试管苗茎、叶营养生长效果最佳的培养基配方为改良WPM +1.0mg/LBA +0 .0 0 5mg/LTDZ +0 .2mg/LIBA +3.0 %S ,4 0d生长高度达 3.8cm ;促进增殖最佳培养基配方为改良WPM +1.5mg/LBA +0 .0 0 5mg/LTDZ +0 .15mg/LIBA+3.0 %S ,35d增殖 4 .5倍 ;促使试管苗产生优质根系的最佳培养基配方为 1/ 2WPM +0 .5mg/LIBA +0 .2mg/LNAA +2 .0 %S ,试管苗生根率达 90 %以上 ,且发根粗而短 ,生理活性旺盛 ;生根试管苗在V砻糠灰∶V黄心土=3∶2混合的基质中移栽 ,成活率最高达 85 .0 %

Abstract: The technique of the tissue culture of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.var.sihongensis showed that modified WPM+1.0 mg/L BA+0.005 mg/L TDZ+0.2 mg/L IBA+3.0% S optimized the tube-shoot growth,and in this medium the height growth went up to 3.8 cm for 40 days.Modified WPM+1.5 mg/L BA+0.005 mg/L TDZ+0.15 mg/L IBA+3.0% S optimized the tube-shoot multiplication,and in this medium the multiplication time went up to (4.5) for 35 days.1/2 WPM+0.5 mg/L IBA+0.2 mg/L NAA+2.0% S optimized the tube-shoot rooting percentage reached 90%.And the plantlets transplanted in the substract containing three parts of chaff ash and two parts of garden earth acclimatized well and the survival rate got up to 85.0%.
