摘要: <正>利用生物反应器进行植物细胞悬浮培养可以缩短植物细胞的生长周期 ,但进行大规模植物细胞悬浮培养会受到植物自身特点和生物技术的限制。通过与微生物相比较 ,笔者详细介绍了植物细胞悬浮培养的特点 ,分析了用于植物细胞悬浮培养的反应器类型及其特点和适用范围 ,并提出以植物快速繁育为主要目标的植物生物反应器的研究方向

Abstract: By using the bioreactor,the growth cycles of plant cell suspension culture can be reduced by means of bioreactor systems,for plant mass propagation.However,it was due to its limitation of biotechnology and plant species different,the large-scale plant cell suspension culture for plant mass propagation has been greatly restricted.This paper presents the characteristics of plant cell suspension culture for plant mass propagation,compared with the microbes,the types,properties and scope of the bioreactors suitable for the plant cell suspension culture for plant mass propagation were analyzed,and the research orientation in plant bioreactors for the future utilization on plant mass propagation was also prospected.
