臭椿内含物对光肩星天牛取食、产卵的抑制作用

Effects of Ailanthus altissima and its Extract on Feeding and Oviposition of Anoplophora glabripennis

摘要: <正>在容器中放置臭椿嫩枝叶及其木段以及喷施臭椿嫩枝叶水浸提物、乙醚提取物的小叶杨木段,测定臭椿及其提取物对光肩星天牛成虫取食、交尾、产卵等的影响。结果表明:强制取食臭椿嫩枝叶,天牛成虫致死率达80%以上;在有选择食料(榆树嫩枝叶)的情况下,天牛成虫基本上不在臭椿嫩枝叶上活动;天牛成虫在臭椿木段上的交尾频次、刻槽数、取食面积比例等均为对照组的5%左右;臭椿嫩枝叶的水浸提物对天牛成虫取食、交尾等影响不明显,但对产卵、孵化具有显著的抑制作用,产卵数为对照的35%左右,卵孵化率降低26%左右;喷施乙醚提取物进行强制取食,对照组天牛成虫的着落虫次、交尾频次、产卵数分别是处理的4.5倍、11.3倍、5倍;选择取食,处理组天牛成虫的着落虫次、交尾频次、产卵数分别是对照的27.7%,7.5%,7.5%。臭椿嫩枝叶的乙醚提取物对天牛成虫取食、交尾、产卵、卵孵化有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract: Using summer-wood branches,leaves and stem of Ailanthus alitissima to feed the beetle(Anoplophora glabripennis) as well as the stem of Populus simonii Carr.treated with the extract of Ailanthus alitissima,the effects of Ailanthus altissima and its extract on feeding and oviposition of the beetle were studied.Forcing feed of the summer-wood branches,and leaves,the death ratio of the beetle was more than 80%.Feeding choice experiment results showed that the beetle did not feed and oviposit on the branches and leaves of the tree of heaven.Compared with the control group,the beetle’s mating frequencies,quantity of eating flute and eating area were all the control group’s 5% each other.The result also showed that there was not significant effect on the feeding and mating of the water extracts,but it had the inhibit function on oviposition and egg hatching,and the egg production of tested group accounted for 35% of the control group’s.The settling frequencies,mating frequencies and egg production of the tested group which was treated with the aether extract of forcing feed experiment were control group’s 4.5 times,11.3 times and 5 times respectively.But settling frequencies,mating frequencies and egg production of the tested group of feeding choice experiment were accounted for 27.7%,7.5%,7.5% of the control group’s each other.Therefore,there were significant inhibit effects of the aether extract on feeding,mating,ovipositon and egg hatching of the beetle.
