纳米级固体超强酸的制备与表征

摘要: <正>用溶胶-凝胶法并采用溶剂替代干燥法制备纳米ZrO2,用纳米ZrO2制取纳米固体超强酸SO2-4/ZrO2。通过TEM,IR,X ray和XPS对纳米固体超强酸SO2-4/ZrO2的结构进行了表征,并用流动指示剂法对纳米固体超强酸SO2-4/ZrO2的酸强度进行了表征。通过松油醇的乙酰化反应描述了纳米固体超强酸SO2-4/ZrO2的催化性能,松油醇的转化率达到99.6%,乙酸松油酯的质量分数为81.23%。

Abstract: The nanometer ZrO_2 was prepared by sol-gel method with solvent displacing drying method.The nanometer superacid SO~(2-)_4/ZrO_2 was prepared by the nanometer ZrO_2.The nanometer superacid SO~(2-)_4/ZrO_2 was characterized by TEM,IR,X-ray and XPS.The acid strength of the nanometer superacid SO~(2-)_4/ZrO_2 was tested by flowing Hammett indicator method,and its catalysis activities were characterized by acetylizing of terpineol.The transformation rate of terpineol was 99.6%,the content of terpinyl acetate was 81.23%.
