摘要: <正>应用RAPD分子标记手段,建立板栗品种RAPD分析的稳定反应体系,用筛选出的10个随机寡核苷酸多态引物绘制12个湖北省主栽板栗品种的DNA指纹图谱,以不同的特异标记或标记组合对各品种进行了分子鉴别,并对这些品种进行了遗传多样性分析。利用此法可在板栗生长的任何时期进行品种鉴定。

Abstract: The standardized procedure for RAPD and the fingerprint mappings of the main (12 varieties) of chestnut in Hubei province were established by RAPD molecular markers.With 10 random oligonucleotide primers screened,these varieties of chestnut were distinguished based on the specific marker or combination of markers.At the same time,the genetic diversity of the varieties was studied.The purpose of the research is to establish a standard method of determination for varieties of chestnut and scientific theory foundation for chestnut breeding in Hubei province.
