Abstract: In order to better distinguish the two sibling species,Anoplophora glabripennis(Motschulsky) and A.nobilis(Ganglbauer),the adult RAPD atlases of 11 species(including the two sibling species) of Cerambycidae,which belong to 7 genera,2 subfamilies,were studied.Through the screening test on 33 kinds of arbitrary primers,6 arbitrary primers(S4,S8,S22,S24,S105 and S823) were filtrated out,which could make the belts of electrophoresis to be revealed on DNA sample of majority longicorns in PCR(polymerase chain reaction) reactions.The results showed that the two sibling species should all belong to the same species,i.e.A.glabripennis;and A.nobilis is the synonym of A.glabripennis.The positive answer is given about whether or not existing 3 models are under the species of A.glabripennis.The 3 models are as follows:the white spotted form(forma glabripennis Motschulsky),the yellow spotted form(forma nobilis Ganglbauer) and the yellow-white form(forma mixturae Tang).The detailed description of these 3 models with photographs of them are given.
