摘要: <正>对苹果属植物分类学250年研究简史进行回顾,评述了各主要分类系统,以及实验分类学对苹果属系统研究的作用和当前研究概况,认为植物化学分类学和分子系统学方法是苹果属系统研究的重要辅助证据,苹果属植物分类系统尚不完善,需要参照更多实验证据,同时做更深入的分析。另外,在分析苹果属系统演化路线的基础上,赞同中国云南东南部、广西西南部和老挝北部及越南北部地区是苹果属植物起源中心的论断。

Abstract: According to the rooting methods of nonrooting seedling in vitro,longer than 3 cm of Robinia pseudoacacia f. decaisneana and the cultivar of No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 of Actinidia arguta of nonrooting seedling in vitro were selected for the root-inducing tests. The root-inducing treatments were conducted by the root-inducing regulators before and. after transplant of nonrooting seedling in vitro in order to make nonrooting seedling.rooting in the field directly. The optimum growth condition were temperature(26±2)℃ and humidity 85% above. Before transplant treatments the nonrooting seedlings dipped the basal part of seedling stem with root-inducing regulators and transplanted in the No. 6 of mixture bases. After transplant treatments the nonrooting seedlings were watered root-inducing regulators of N+T one time only and one time weekly for three weeks. The different test results showed that after transplanted the nonrooting seedlings were watered three times/one time weekly by use of the optimum prescription of root-inducing regulators of N+T(2.5~3.5 mg/L). Their survival rate of t.ransplanted seedlings were R. pseudoacacia 86.8% and A. arguta 97.8% separately. The test results showed that the treatments could increase the survival rates of transplanted nonrooting seedlings in vitro of R. pseudoacacia and A. arguta significantly by being watered three times/one time weekly by use of the optimum prescription of root-inducing regulators.
