摘要: <正>EST技术已广泛用于发现新基因和基因表达谱研究。笔者对EST序列测定中的不同反应体系、Big—Dye类型、用量、测序产物纯化及不同测序板等因素进行了比较,确定了大规模EST测序方案,同时对文库质量及其他影响因素进行了讨论,经优化后的方案可降低大规模EST测序成本及提高测序成功率。

Abstract: The fundamental meaning, function, formation background and developing process of Geographic Information System(GIS) are introduced in the paper. The authors review and analyze the current development and application of geographic information system in forestry systematically, such as the research on forest resources information management, the study in forest management optimization and subsidiary decision-making system, the analysis of forest classification management compartmentalizing, the research on the function of distributing sample point, the application of forest thematic maps, the study on the design of afforestation project,the analysis of forest fire prevention, the study on the management of forest plant disease and pest control, the research on WebGIS of forest resources, the fundamental meaning of precision forestry.
