南京牛首山地区植物区系的特点及与邻近植物区系的关系

Floristic Characteristics of Mt. Niushou,Nanjing and Relationship with Its Circumferential Floras

摘要: <正>杨小舟蛾体内存在着过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等保护酶系统。用1%苦豆碱处理杨小舟蛾幼虫,发现1%苦豆碱扰乱了杨小舟蛾幼虫体内保护酶系统,表现为POD和CAT在前期活力低于对照组指标;而在处理10~46h内,处理组POD活力明显高于对照组;在处理27~45h内,处理组CAT活力明显高于对照组;处理组SOD活力在前27h内明显高于对照组。即用1%苦豆碱处理杨小舟蛾幼虫后,随着时问的延长,幼虫体内保护酶的活力发生明显变化,说明苦豆碱处理对杨小舟蛾有毒杀作用。

Abstract: Based on the investigations of the vegetation and the collection of samples, the flora composition of Mt. Niushou in terms of families,genera,and species were analyzed. The floristic characteristics were compared with those of the floras in the similar latitude such as Mr. Mufu Development and Protection Area, Nanjing, Tieshan Temple Nature Protection Arca, Xuyi, and Yellow Mountain Scenic Area, Anhui province respectively in terms of R/T rate and similarity coefficient. The results showed that Mt. Niushou flora is more closely allied to Mt. Mufu in terms of genera similarities while the flora is more closely allied to Tieshan Temple in terms of species similarities.
