根际微生态保健剂对杨树生长及抗病性的效应

Effects of Rhizosphere Medicine on the Growth and Disease Resistance of Poplar

摘要: <正>以银杏成熟胚诱导的无菌苗茎段为外植体,探讨稀土[La(NOs)。]对其茎段顶芽高度、叶面积及芽苗不定根发生的影响。结果表明:稀土处理对芽高影响不显著但显著增加叶片的面积;而稀土对芽苗不定根的发生具有显著的促进作用。银杏的芽苗生根在附加1/2MS+0.5mg/L。IBA的条件下,最高生根率仅33.3%(44号品种);而以1/2MS+0.5mg/LIBA为基本培养基附加0.5~5.0mg/L的稀土则能显著促进不定根的发生,其中以1.0mg/L稀土处理的79号品种及0.5mg/L稀土处理的28号品种生根率最高,分别为66.7%,58.3%,效果极显著,而且生根时间比对照提前7d,根数也明显多于对照。高浓度的稀土(10~20mg/L)则抑制银杏芽苗不定根的发生。

Abstract: The influence of rhizosphere medicine in different components and application methods on the survival rate, height, DBH, relative turgidity of bark(RT), morbidity, contagious index and tree capacitance of Populus hopeiensis were studied. The results showed that the rhizosphere medicine could increase survival rate, height, DBH, relative turgidity of bark and tree capacitance and decrease morbidity and contagious index dramatically. Two kinds of application methods were adopted: one was called the soil-mixed method and another called the root-dipping method. The soil-mixed method was more effective than the rootdipping method. The medicine was composed of fungus, IBA, compound fertilizer and aquasorb. The effects of four components of medicine on the growth and health of trees were different. Finally, we made sure the more effective proportion of four components of the medicine that was composed of 74. 997% fungus, 10. 000% aquasorb, 14. 999% compound fertilizer and 0. 004G IBAo
