苦豆碱对杨小舟蛾体内保护酶系统活力的影响

Effects of Aloperine on the Activities of Endogenous Enzymes of Protective System in the Larva of Microelalopha trogloyta

摘要: <正>研究了在杨木单板层积材中加入竹材作为增强材料,以提高杨木单板层积材冲击性能。结果表明:将竹材加入杨木单板层积材,可以明显地改善杨木单板层积材的冲击韧性。当竹篾分别加入杨木单板层积材的上下次表层和中间部位时,其冲击韧性分别增强了30.4%和27.3%;总冲击能分别提高了31.7%和28.1%。裂纹形成能仅增长7.2%和12.8%;裂纹扩展能增长40.9%和43.4%;韧性指数值提高了27.2%和31.5%。

Abstract: The larva of Microelalopha trogloyta exists in endogenous enzymes of protective system such as POD,CAT and SOD. The larva of M. trogloyta was treated with 1% aloperinc. The activities of POD and CAT were lower than that of CK at the early stage,while the activities of POD in the larvas of M. trogloyta were much higher than that of CK after 10~46 h,The CAT activity was the same as POD, but after 27~45 h. The activity of SOD was much higher than that of CK from 1 to 27 h. The results showed that the aloperine was poisonous to the larva of M. trogloyta.
