摘要: <正>通过测定油松种子超低温贮藏后的电导率、脱氢酶活性、发芽率和发芽指数,对油松种子长期超低温贮藏的可行性进行研究。结果表明:超低温可以应用于油松种子的贮藏;冷冻方式和解冻方式是影响油松种子超低温贮藏的重要因素;防冻保护剂可有效减少种子在超低温贮藏时受到的损伤,二甲基亚砜的保护作用较为明显。试验的最佳处理组合为:10%二甲基亚砜+快速冷冻+慢速解冻。

Abstract: With the help of modern computers and GIS technique for their application, the establishment of forest resource Geographic Information System in the scenic park of Yat-Sen’ s Mausoleum has been introduced in this paper. It is based on MapInfo as a basic GIS platform, SQL server2000 as a database, and Visual Basic as a comprehensively integrated tool. Spatial data information in this system are signification for fast inquiry and statistic analysis which can improve accuracy in location and distribution of forest resource information. The structure and function of the system are also given. This system plays an important role in the intensive management of Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum. The results shows that the integration of MapInfo and Visual Basic is an important model of GIS. It can be easily extended with our own custom functionality. There will be a good future for potential application of this kind application.
