摘要: <正>简要介绍了正温度系数热敏电阻(PTCR)电流一时f.1特性,针对PTCR电流时间特性在线测试需要,提出了一种在线测试方法,给出了测试电路原理图和相应的软件测试流程,并对其工作原理进行了介绍。设计的PTCR电流一时间特性在线测试仪具有良好的在线测试性能,为PTCR在线测试提供了一种有效的电流一时间特性失效检验途径。

Abstract: Defensin is resistant to many kinds of virus, bacterium and fungusl. Gastrodia Antifungal Protein (GAFP) has the resistant ability to more than twenty kinds of fungi. The antidisease mechanisms and spectrum of the two genes are different. Using DNA reconstruction method a vector (pBin35SGAFPNP1) that contains two antidisease genes: NP1 and GAFP were constructed. Then two disease-resistance genes could be transferred into the same plant just through one time of transformation that can improve the disease-resistant ability of the transgenic plant to more kinds of pathogens. So the proceeding of plant antidisese breeding could be accelerated.
