摘要: <正>以分布着我国南方典型红壤资源的江西省为例,利用第2次全国土壤普查和土地详查等资料,在ARC/INF0软件、MapObjects和VB的支持下,建立了小比例尺(1:100万)红壤资源信息系统。该界面设计采用ESRI公司提供的AcTIVEX控件MapObjects,所开发的土壤信息系统集属性数据与图形数据管理于一体,并建立了二者之间的联系。该系统可实现图斑数据的从图到表、从表到图和从表到表的查询,并提供输出专题图等功能。

Abstract: This paper reported that the cotyledonary generated from somatic embryos of Aesculus hippocastanum L. can be used to induce somatic embryogenesis in vitro culture repetitively. The results showed that the secondary somatic embryos reinduced from cotyledon directly, which was cultured on MS medium supplemented with ZT(0.5~2.0mg/L)+BA (1.0mg/L)+IAA (0.2mg/L). The induction rate was over 80%. But, the differentiation ability of the different parts of the same cotyledon was totally different, the closer to the hypocotyl, the better differentiation ability was.
