松材线虫病木中真菌的研究

Study on the Fungi from the Diseased Pine Wood Nematode

摘要: <正>采用联合国粮农组织开发的土地覆盖分类系统的分类体系,应用1991年与2002年的遥感影像(Landsat TM/ETM+),对江阴市1991年、2002年市域范围内聚居地斑块的格局、位序一规模特征及其动态进行了研究。结果表明:1991~2002年,江阴市城市化过程发展迅速,聚居地总面积增加160%,突出表现为小城镇的扩张,期间小城镇的面积增长量约占聚居地总增长量的47%;聚居地体系的位序一规模分布的分维数由1.253增加到1.424,显示该市聚居地体系的位序一规模分布趋于均衡。各用地类型中周转率最高的裸地斑块的总面积下降了23%,聚居地总面积的相对比例则下降了70%,反映该市城镇化的相对速度有所下降。

Abstract: 9 genera fungi and bacteria were isolated from diseased pine wood attacked by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner & Buhrer) Nickle in Nanjing area of Jiangsu province and Zhoushan area of Zhejiang province of China. Identified as Ophiostoma ips, Ophiostoma lignicola, Sphaeropsis salicicola, Dothiorella gregaria, Hap losporella minor, Trichoderma koningii, Penicillium verruculosum., Cephalosporium zonatum, Chaetomium globosum and Aspergillus sp.. There are many perithecia of Ophiostoma spp. in longhorn tunnel and pupa cell, and close relationship between Ophiostoma spp. and B. xylophilus. A very serious pine wood stain was caused by Sphaeropsis salicicola, Dothiorella gregaria and Haplosporella minor.
