Integrated Pests Management Strategy to Ecological Forest in Shanghai

摘要: <正>采用显微观察和凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)技术对银杏(Ginkgobiloba L.)枝条营养贮藏蛋白质的动态变化规律及蛋白质组分进行了测定分析。结果表明:贮藏蛋白质含量在银杏越冬期间一直保持较高水平,到翌年春季芽萌发时,贮藏蛋白质迅速转移再利用;新梢生长到了夏末秋初,又重新开始积累贮藏蛋白质。银杏枝条贮藏蛋白质组分可分为高分子量、中分子量和低分子量3类;变化最明显的是高分子量的45kD蛋白,其在芽萌发前可以清晰地辨认,展叶后逐渐消失,因此,45kD蛋白可能是银杏营养贮藏蛋白质的主要类型。

Abstract: The diseases and pests in ecological forest in Shanghai were studied. The characteristics of diseases and pests in ecological forest were analyzed. The result showed that vegetational varieties in ecological forest in Shanghai is relatively shortage, the plantation structure is too simple, and it is lack of the natural enemy. The ecological forest easily is affected by Tropical Island Effect and artificial factor. The major factors of the pests prevalence were studied as follows:the balance of urban ecosystem was broken by increasing plantation area, exotic species were introduced unsuitable, unreasonable stand structure and extensive management existed. Which resulted in the occurence of some foreign or secondary pests’ damage to the forest. On this base, some comprehensive pests management strategies to ecological forest in Shanghai were put forward.
