摘要: <正>空气负离子被誉为空气维生素。其浓度是评价空气质量的重要指标。笔者综述了我国森林空气负离子研究方面的主要进展,重点介绍了负离子的检测仪器、研究方法、浓度评价系数、森林环境中空气负离子的日变化和年变化规律及林分因子、气象因子、水体等对森林空气负离子的影响,并探讨了空气负离子研究的主要问题和研究方向。

Abstract: The changes of seasons and the fraction of vegetative storage proteins (VSP) in the branchs of Ginkgo biloba L. were measured and analyzed by microscope and SDS-PAGE. The results indicated that VSP accumulated in fall and kept high level throughout the winter, until the next spring the bud broke, VSPs were almost mobilized completely. With new shoots growing, VSPs resumed to accumulate in late summer and early fall. The fraction of VSP in the branchs of G. biloba L. could be divided into three different types: high molecular weight, medium molecular weight and low molecular weight. The proteins with high molecular weight 45kD changed greatly during the course of the shoots sprouting, of which the proteins 45kD could be detected clearly before it sprouted and disappeared gradually after the leaves spreading. The proteins 45kD were probably the main types of vegetative storage proteins of G. biloba L.
