<正>以1999年建立的杂交鹅掌楸体细胞胚胎发生体系为研究材料，进行长期继代培养的胚性细胞系的增殖能力及再生植株遗传稳定性研究。结果表明：建立的体细胞胚胎再生体系经过3a甚至6a的继代培养，能够保持旺盛的体胚发生能力；染色体计数发现多数细胞系的再生植株遗传稳定性较好，为二倍体再生植株，仅在一个细胞无性系当中发现所有再生植株均为四倍体。

Eco-city is the goal of achieving sustainable development in economy and society. It is of vital directive significance for the urban planning development to research on the economic efficiency of eco city construction. This author analyes the connotation of eeo-city and the status of domestic and foreign eco-city construction, which begins with establishing the appraisal system of Eco-city. A train of thought is offered of which dynamic evaluation and sensitive analysis for inputs and outputs of eco-city. The research also brings forward scien tific basis for eco-city construction of selection priority areas investment and the best scheme.
