摘要: <正>接触问题一直是近几十年来比较受关注的土木工程问题之一。针对国内外近期的接触面本构模型及接触面单元的研究现状,指出了目前接触面研究中存在的问题,同时对小刚度劲性水泥土墙基坑支护结构中型钢与水泥土接触面进行了分析,建议在用有限元分析该类问题时对不同材料应选用不同屈服准则进行计算。

Abstract: The contents of proteins and the compound of vegetative storage proteins in the bark, xylem and roots during the course of sprouting of the one-year-old poplar clone 797 have been measured and analyzed by SDS-PAGE. The results indicated that the content of proteins in the bark, xylem and root decreased obviously during the course of sprouting. The vegetative storage proteins mainly stored in the bark and xylem in winter, the contents in the root were relatively low at that time. The proteins such as 36kD, 32kD, 18kD, 16kD and etc. changed greatly during the course of the poplar shoots sprouting, of which the proteins 36kD, 32kD could be recognized clearly before sprouting and disappeared gradually 4 weeks after the leaves spreading, while the proteins 18kD, 16kD could be found only during the leaves growing and disappeared completely afterwards. The proteins 36kD, 32kD were probably the main types of vegetative storage proteins of poplar.
