摘要: <正>将土工冲砂管袋围堰技术应用于随岳南高速公路的建设,实践表明,该技术就地取材成本低,施工工艺简单,易拆除,不污染环境,是砂质河床水中施工围堰方案中的新技术。

Abstract: The dynami? annual change of some edogenetic hormonesins’ content in leaf and cortex was investigated based on one-year-old poplar clone 797 (Populus deltoides×P. euramericana) seedlings by ELISA in this paper. The relationship between the endogenous hormones and protein’s content was analysed. This would be valuable for probing the regulation and control of the endogenous hormones during the nitrogen metabolism process in poplar. And it would offer a scientific basis for the fertility cultivation of poplar.
