摘要: <正>分析了目前监理行业的现状,指出现阶段监理企业的发展方向—全过程项目管理。提出监理企业向项目管理企业发展的措施,促进监理企业早日明确自身市场定位—项目管理企业,加快监理行业发展,对监理行业的发展有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: The current situation of research on the drought resistant, mainly on the mechanism, indexes, and identification techniques, selection on tree species and germplasm for drought resistance in forest was discussed. Problems and prospects, including research on mechanism, new methods organically mixed with traditional techniques, root, selection and breeding for drought resistant forest, dynamic analysis on drought resistant forest were also submitted.
