摘要： <正>分析了目前监理行业的现状，指出现阶段监理企业的发展方向—全过程项目管理。提出监理企业向项目管理企业发展的措施，促进监理企业早日明确自身市场定位—项目管理企业，加快监理行业发展，对监理行业的发展有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: Based on present situation of supervision profession, it was pointed out that the su- pervision enterprise should move to the whole process project management. The way to move supervision enterprise to project mamagement was put forward. This would promote supervi- sion enterprise to identify the market position of project management, accelerating the devel- opment of supervision profession.
