Based on present situation of supervision profession, it was pointed out that the su- pervision enterprise should move to the whole process project management. The way to move supervision enterprise to project mamagement was put forward. This would promote supervi- sion enterprise to identify the market position of project management, accelerating the devel- opment of supervision profession.
