According to the need of parallel data editing and time-space data management in the national land resources management information system, the design scheme of parcel edi- tion management and tracing of history were founded based on the SDE and ArcObjects sys- tems. The VB and ArcObjects systems were used in programing. This was applied in the na- tional land and resources MIS in Wuzhou city of Guangxi province with a perfect effect.
