A Comparison of the Volatiles Compounds from Pinus massoniana Twigs Extracted by Solid Phase Microextraction and Steam Distillation

摘要: <正>以天然产物颗粒紫胶为原料,经无水亚硫酸钠保护下皂化、盐析等过程,提取用于香料工业的紫胶桐酸。提取过程中不加入任何有机溶剂,不必进行精制作业,可直接获得质量分数大于98%的紫胶桐酸产品。研究了皂化时间、皂化温度、盐析时间以及亚硫酸钠对紫胶桐酸收率的影响,获得提取过程的优化工艺条件:Na()H质量分数25%,料液比l:6,皂化时间96h,无水Na2SO3为紫胺质量的lO%,盐析时间18h。并利用有机元素分析仪、红外光谱、显微溶点测定仪等手段表征了提取的紫胶桐酸结构。结果表明:在优化工艺条件下,紫胶桐酸质量分数可达98.85%~99.43%。收率可达24.64%~25.16%。

Abstract: Volatiles compounds from twigs of Pinus massoniana were extracted by solid phase microextraction and steam distillation. Their constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and compared. Twenty-six compounds were identified in the solid phase microextraction extracts, the main components were α-pinene, β-pinene, sabinene, isolongifolene and trans-caryophyllene. Thirty-nine compounds were identified in the steam distillation extracts, the major components were α-pinene, β-pinene, β-phellandrene, trans-caryophyllene, isolongifolene and camphene. The result showed that chemical compositions and relative contents of common compositions were different by means of different extracted methods.
