摘要: <正>将穴植种子、草棒技术、挂网喷播、草包技术、植草护坡、轮胎固土、藤本护坡、植生带等8种生态防护形式应用到宁杭高速公路边坡生态防护。研究结果表明,挂网喷播、普通喷播、草棒技术、藤本护坡和植草护坡,是防止水土流失、更新演替,形成稳定的生态群落的最好方法,有着广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Research of biological characters of 12 wood ectomycorrhizal fungi were carried out, in order to confirm the optimum growing temperature, carbon sources, nitrogen sources and pH. The result indicated that most of them needed higher-temperature, 9 kinds among them grew fast at 30℃, the other 3 grew fast at 25℃. Most of them liked an acidic environment and grew fine when pH was 5~6. The optimum growing conditions were different for various carbon and nitrogen sources.
