摘要: <正>以QuickBird高分辨率卫星影像为主要信息源,在遥感(RS)和地理信息系统(GIS)的支持下,运用景观生态学的理论和方法,对深圳特区城市绿地景观格局进行了分析。结果表明:深圳特区绿地覆盖率高,达51.36%,但绿地景观结构不合理,破碎度较高,分维数偏低。

Abstract: The chromosomes from root tips of Lilium sargentiae Wilson were analyzed by Giemsa C-banding. The results showed that the karyotype was 2n=24. The different C-banding points were shown on each chromosome. There were four chromosomes of L. sargenttiae Wilson to show strong centromeric bands. There were different bands in depth among chromosome arms. Each chromosome of L. sargenttiae Wilson can be distinguished by Giemsa C-banding.
