摘要: <正>

Abstract: Dynamic changes of three protective enzymes activity and MDA content of Catalpa ’Jinsi’ and C. ’Yuanjichangguo’ during softwood cutting time were studied. And the relations between its dynamic changes and rooting rate were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that the dynamic changes were highly related to rooting rate. SOD activity of leaves raised and then reduced. But it was the opposite for cortical part. POD activity and MDA content, both in leaves or cortical part, were raised firstly and then reduced. Leaves’ PPO activity had the same trends. PPO activity in cortical part had two peaks during cutting time. Dynamic changes of every enzyme had its own feature. It indicated that every enzyme played a particular and useful role during rooting process. It was a useful way to regulate the activity of protective enzyme to promote rooting in C. bungei softwood cutting.
