摘要: 试验比较了匀浆机破壁、高压细胞破碎仪破壁、温差破壁、酶法破壁等4种破壁方法对银杏花粉的破壁效果。结果表明:匀浆机破壁法优于其他破壁方法,且操作简单,能达到破壁要求。匀浆机破壁的最佳工艺参数为:转速15 000 r/min、花粉(g)与水(mL)的配比即料液比1∶50、时间10 min,破壁率达99.6%。

Abstract: The effectiveness of Ginkgo pollen wallbroken methods, i.e., homogenizing, high pressure cell cracking, temperaturedifference wallbreaking and enzymatic processing, were studied. The results showed that the wallbroken method by homogenizing was the best among them because of its simple operation and good wallbroken efficiency. The optimal operation parameters were, the rotation rate 15 000 r/min, the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶50 (g/mL) and the time 10 min. Thus the rate of wall broken could be up to 99.6%.
