Influencing factors on growth efficiency in process of inoculating with AM fungi to the seedling of Ficus elastica.cv.Decora Tricolor with AM fungi

摘要: 采用正交试验设计方法,对AM菌根菌可能影响美叶橡胶树苗生长的因子如施菌方式、容器规格、菌种剂量和土壤基质进行分析。结果显示:4个因子中,容器规格是影响AM菌根菌接种效应的主要因子;4个因子不同水平对苗高和地径的生长影响各有差异。综合4个因子不同水平对苗高和地径的生长影响,得到适宜的操作条件是:大盆装路边土或黄心土和火烧土的混合土,在根部施15 g菌种,能较好地促进美叶橡胶树苗高、地径的生长。

Abstract: The main factors, including spraying method, container size, spraying dose and soil substrate, which determined to affect inoculation effects of AM fungi on seedlings, were analyzed by applying orthogonal design in this experiment. Results showed that container size was the most important factor, and each level of the 4 factors had different influence on seedling height and shoot diameter. Combining these results, the favorable conditions for inoculation were decided to be big container, soil beside road or mixing soil and 15 g AM fungi for root spraying. The combination of above factors can greatly enhance the growth of seedling height and shoot diameter.
