利用线性调频连续波(Linear Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave, LFMCW)雷达料位仪的基本原理,采用三角波调制和开关电容滤波器芯片,设计了雷达料位仪的硬件和软件电路。对雷达料位仪的性能进行了测试,测试结果表明:该仪器可以在2~40 m的范围内精确测量物料的高度,相对误差小于1%。系统具有成本低、测量精度高的特点。
Abstract
The hardware and software electrocircuit of radar feed location instrument were designed by using triangular wave modulation. They were switched capacity filter chip based on the principle of linear frequencymodulation continuous wave feed location instrument, and the performance of the designed instrument was also tested. The test results indicated that this instrument could accurately measure the height of materials in the distance of 2 to 40 m, and the relative error was less than 1%. This system has the character of low price and high accuracy.
