Separation of lignin from rice straw by modified method of HBS

摘要: 以助剂G与1,4丁二醇的混合水溶液为溶剂,在浓硫酸与乙酸以一定比例混合而成的复合催化剂的催化作用下,于160 ℃从稻草中分离出木质素。其最佳工艺条件为:绝干稻草原料55 g,液固比6∶1,混合溶剂中助剂G与1,4丁二醇质量比1∶10,复合催化剂中硫酸用量4 g,160 ℃下保温1 h,木质素得率达到16.02 %。该方法具有温度相对较低,溶剂用量少的优点。

Abstract: The lignin from rice straw was separated at the temperature of 160 ℃ by the modified method of high boiling solvent (HBS). In the process, the composite catalyst of sulfuric acid and acetic acid was used and the auxiliary agent G was added. The obtained optimum technological conditions were as follows: 55 g desiccated rice straw, liquid solid ratio 6∶1, mass ratio of the auxiliary agent G to 1,4butanediol 1∶10, the dosage of sulfuric acid in the composite catalyst 4 g, heat preservation at 160 ℃ for 1 h. The yield of lignin is 16.02 %. The process advantages are relatively low temperature and less dosage of solvent.
