The evaluation of sustainable forest management based on the method of entropy AHP in Ziwuling

摘要: 依据综合性、协调性等多项原则,对照甘肃子午岭林区的自然、社会、经济等条件,确立了森林可持续经营评价指标体系;基于此评价指标体系和研究区1997年和2007年的统计数据,采用熵AHP方法和指数加权法评价模型,对甘肃子午岭林区的森林经营状况进行了综合评价和分析。评价结果表明:子午岭林区森林经营整体处于从传统发展阶段向初级可持续发展阶段过渡的时期,这与子午岭的森林经营条件和现状吻合;熵AHP方法是一种集专家决策与数据信息决策为一体的科学有效的指标赋权方法,指数加权法评价模型是一种适合多目标协调发展的森林可持续经营综合评价模型。

Abstract: Evaluation of the sustainability of forest management is one of the important research contents of forest management. According to the principles of comprehensiveness and coordination and others, and contrasting with Ziwuling’s natural and socioeconomic conditions in Gansu, the evaluation indicator system for sustainable forest management was established. Based on this indicator system and the statistical data of the study area, using the entropy AHP method and the weighted index model, the operating conditions of Ziwuling was made a comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation results showed that the overall level of Ziwuling’s forest management was in the transition from traditional development to the primary stage of sustainable development, and this results coincided with the actual status of the Ziwuling’s forestry management. The results also showed that the entropy AHP method was a scientific and effective method which integrates the expert decision and the data information decision in one to evaluate the index weight, the weighted index model was a comprehensive evaluation model of sustainable forest management which takes into account the multitarget operation and the coordinated development requirements of the forest. Therefore, the study provided an operational method about the evaluation of sustainable forest management.
