利用5 000 kN液压试验机,对3组几何形状相似的玄武岩纤维布(BFRP)约束钢筋混凝土圆柱进行了静力压缩试验。结果表明:采用BFRP约束钢筋混凝土可以有效地提高试件的极限应力并改善其破坏形态,与未约束试件相比,上述3组试件的极限应力分别提高847 %、859 %和8828 %。不同尺寸的约束试件极限应力提高程度不等,体现了材料承载能力的尺寸效应。另外,在已有纤维布(FRP)约束素混凝土柱强度模型的基础上,建立了适合于BFRP约束钢筋混凝土柱的强度模型。
Abstract
The static compressive experiments of 150 mm×450 mm、200 mm×600 mm,250 mm×750 mm reinforced concrete columns reinforced by basalt fiber reinforce plastic (BFRP) sheet were conducted by 5 000 kN hydraulic testing machine. The results showed that restriction using BFRP sheets could increase the bearing and deformation ability of the reinforced concrete column and the limited stress increased of 847 %, 859 % and 8828 % respectively. The sizeeffect of bearing exists for different dimension specimens. Based on the FRP strength model, the strength model of reinforced concrete column restricted by BFRP was established by modifying the parameter.
