以贵州喀斯特山地3种不同类型人工林(刺槐林、滇柏林、刺槐滇柏混交林)和未造林对照标准地为研究对象,探讨不同类型林分的土壤酶活性与林下草本层结构特征之间的关系。结果表明:(1)除多酚氧化酶外,未造林对照地的脲酶、转化酶、碱性磷酸酶及过氧化氢酶活性均最低。(2)林下草本层特征值中,ShannonWeiner多样性指数(H)、Pielou均匀度指数(Ep)及物种丰富度指数(R)间呈相同变化趋势,生态优势度指数(C′)则相反。(3)土壤酶种类不同,其与林下草本层特征值之间的相关性存在一定的差异;脲酶、转化酶、碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性与H、Ep、R、C′之间的相关程度达显著或极显著水平,而多酚氧化酶活性与H、Ep、R、C′之间的相关性较低。
Abstract
The relationship between soil enzyme activities and structural characteristics of herbaceous layer in different types of stand were studied by taking three different types of young plantations (Robinia pseudoacacia,Cupressusduclouxiana and R.pseudoacacia-C.duclouxiana) and nonplanted land in Karst area, Guizhou province as the study area. The results showed that (1) Soil enzyme activities of urease, invertase, alkaline phosphatase and catalase were the lowest except polyphenoloxidase in nonplanted land; (2) Characteristic values of herbaceous layer:ShannonWeiner diversity index (H), Pielou evenness index (Ep) and species richness index (R) showed the same trend,the ecological dominance index (C′) was opposite; (3)The correlation between soil enzyme and characteristic values of herbaceous layer had some differences due to types of soil enzymes. Significant correlation was found between soil enzyme activities of urease, invertase, alkaline phosphatase or catalase and H,Ep,R,C′, while it was very lower of polyphenoloxidase.
