Variation of soil enzyme activities under different vegetation restoration stages in Karst gorge district

摘要: 以典型喀斯特地区退耕地、草地、灌木和乔木群落为对象,研究了退化森林不同恢复阶段及退耕地土壤酶活性的变化规律。结果表明:从草地恢复到灌木群落时,土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性显著增加;从灌木群落恢复到乔木群落时,土壤脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶略有增加,蔗糖酶略有下降,但差异不显著。表层(0~10 cm)土壤酶活显著比表下层(10~20 cm)土壤酶活性大。土壤各种酶活性间显著相关,土壤脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶与有机质、全氮、水解氮、全磷、有效磷、速效钾含量之间极显著正相关。表明在植被恢复的初期,植被类型对土壤酶活性影响显著,当植被恢复到一定程度,植被类型的影响不再明显。

Abstract: Changes of soil enzyme activities and their relationships under different vegetation restoration stages, including abandoned farmland,herbaceous community,shrubby community,arboreal community stage, in Karst gorge district of Guizhou province were studied.The results showed that soil urease, invertase, alkaline phosphatase and catalase enzyme activities increased obviously from herbaceous stage to shrubbery stage, while urease, alkaline phosphatase and catalase enzyme activities increased slightly, invertase decreased slightly but no significant difference from shrubbery stage to arboreal stage.Compared to 0—10 cm, soil enzyme activities in 10—20 cm decreased significantly.Soil enzyme activities showed stronger correlations each other. Soil urease, alkaline phosphatase and catalase enzyme activities showed stronger positive correlations with soil organic matter, total nitrogen, hydrolytic nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus and available potassium. It was indicated that at the early stage of vegetation restoration,vegetation types affect soil enzyme activities significantly, when vegetation restore to some extent, this effects become not significantly.
