The acetylated modification and stripping of lignin from hemicellulose in DMSO/NMI system

摘要: 在二甲基亚砜/N-甲基咪唑(DMSO/NMI)体系中通过乙酰化反应对桑树枝条木质素和半纤维素进行改性剥离,研究了乙酸酐用量、反应时间和溶剂用量对改性剥离效果的影响,并对乙酰化改性剥离机制进行探讨。结果表明,改性剥离较优条件为:乙酰化试剂用量为30 mL,溶剂用量120 mL,反应时间24 h。改性剥离过程显示木质素的改性剥离效果与其乙酰化程度及其衍生物在溶剂中的溶解能力密切相关。析出剥离组分降解较少,有利于后续综合利用;经改性剥离后剩余纤维素的可及度提高。

Abstract: In this study lignin and hemicellulose of mulberry tree branch were modified and stripped by acetylization in DMSO/NMI under room temperature.Influence of acetic anhydride dosage,reaction time and solvent dosage on the effect of stripping were studied and its mechanism was also discussed. The results showed that the suitable modification and stripping condition was as follows:acetic anhydride 30 mL, solvent 120 mL, reaction time 24 h. The effect of acetylated modification and stripping of lignin was closely related with acetylating degree and dissolving ability of lignin derivative. The stripped lignin and hemicellulose derivatives degraded slightly.The accessibility of cellulose was improved.
