Method of realtime incremental update and regulatory of land use database

摘要: 目前我国第二次土地调查土地利用数据库已经基本建成,如何保障第二次土地调查成果的现势性和时效性十分重要。笔者提出了省、市、县三级联动的实时增量更新与监管模式和思路,分别从数据变化源的确定、时态数据模型与存储,以及实时增量更新生成与逐级汇交等几个方面进行了详细阐述。最后进行了系统设计和原型开发,并以辽宁省土地利用监管系统为典型案例对省、市、县三级联动的实时增量更新与监管模式进行了验证。

Abstract: The second land survey of land use database basically completed at the end of 2009, and then how to protect the timeliness of the second land survey outcome becomes a very pressing issue. In case of the study of the second national land survey standards and the progress in spatial data updating, this paper proposes the province, city and county levels linkage realtime incremental updates and regulatory mechanisms, and it also describes in determination and distribution of the change source, temporal data model, realtime incremental update and cocurrent. Finally, Liaoning incremental update and regulatory mechanism system of the Land Use Database are designed and developed.
