改良木聚糖酶辅助漂白芦苇浆的工艺研究

Technological research on biobleaching effect of reed pulp boosted by modified xylanase

摘要: 采用分子改良后的木聚糖酶对芦苇浆进行生物预处理,考察了改良木聚糖酶辅助漂白的效果。结果表明,酶预处理可以降低CEH三段漂白中氯化C段的氯气用量60%。改良木聚糖酶预处理辅助漂白芦苇纸浆最佳条件为:pH为7.0,温度60 ℃, 浆浓(质量分数)5%,酶用量12 μmol/(min·g),预处理时间60 min。在此条件下C段氯用量降至对照的40%时,酶处理漂后样品白度可达到84.0%(ISO),高出对照样的白度3.7%(ISO)。改良木聚糖酶预处理还能够改善纸浆漂后样的物理性能。

Abstract: Reed pulp was pretreated with modified xylanase, and the potential application of modified xylanase in reed pulp biobleaching was evaluated. The results indicated that modified xylanase could reduce chlorine dosage in C-stage up to 60%.The optimum pretreatment conditions of reed pulp with modified xylanase were as follows: pH 7.0, temperature 60 ℃, pulp consistency 5%, enzyme dosage 12 μmol/(min·g)and time 60 min. When chlorine consumption in stage C was reduced by 40% during bleaching, the brightness of bleached pulps from the xylanase pretreated reed pulp reached to 84.0%(ISO),which increased 3.7%(ISO)than that of the control. The enzymatic pretreatment with modified xylanase also improved properties of bleached pulp.
