采用盆栽实验研究了施用IBA对枫香(Liquidambar formosana Hance)1年生实生苗生物量及吸收、富集和转运重金属Cd2+的影响。结果表明,施用适宜浓度的IBA不仅显著提高枫香幼苗根、叶生物量,且对枫香幼苗各器官吸收Cd2+具有促进作用。IBA处理下,枫香幼苗根、叶生物量分别为对照组的1.57倍和2.09倍,且差异显著(p<0.05); 枫香根、叶中的Cd2+含量显著增加(p<0.05),达对照组的2.36和2.03倍。IBA对Cd2+在枫香幼苗体内的富集、转运也有积极影响。利用隶属函数法进行的综合评价结果表明,采用600 mg/L IBA溶液浸根处理后枫香幼苗吸收土壤Cd2+的作用更显著。
Abstract
By means of pot planting experiments, effects of IBA on seedling biomass and the uptake, accumulation and translocation of Cd2+ from the soil by Liquidambar formosana Hance seedlings were studied. The main results were described as follows:(1)IBA not only improved the root and leaf biomass of seedlings, but also had significant effects on the accumulation of Cd2+ in seedling. The effect of 600 mg/L IBA treatment was higher than that of 200 mg/L IBA treatment.(2)The biomass of roots and leaves under 600 mg/L IBA treatment was 1.57 and 2.09 times as the control respectively(p<0.05); Cd2+ concentration in roots and leaves was 2.36 and 2.03 times as the control respectively(p<0.05). IBA had influence on the bioaccumulation and translocation of Cd2+in seedling. The 600 mg/L IBA treatment was the most effective for the phytoremediation of Cd2+ contaminated soil by L. formosana Hance seedlings by subordinate function.
