Genetic improved seeds and seedlings developmental strategies for forestry in China

摘要: 根据我国林木良种发展现状,分析了我国林木良种发展的优势和机遇、劣势和风险; 对我国林木良种事业发展的指导思想和目标,林木良种选育、生产、推广应用体系,以及加快我国林木良种化进程的方法和途径等方面的重要问题提出了政策性的建议。

Abstract: The important roles of genetic improved seeds & seedlings were approved in modern reforestation. We performed a systematic analyzing onthe strength, opportunity, weakness and threats for the genetic improvement of forest seeds & seedlings in China. Based on the analysis, the guiding ideology and goal of forest and tree genetic improvement in China were put forward. The long-term plans and the systematic strategies for tree breeding including, multiplication of improved material and improved seeds extension should be careful considered to realize the main goals of genetic improvement for forest seeds & seedlings production.
