高速铁路大型临时设施土地复垦利用研究

Research on reclamation and utilization of high-speed railway temporary facilities construction land

摘要: 在分析高速铁路大型临时设施土地复垦利用过程的基础上,以京沪高速铁路江阴制梁场为例,对其进行复垦工程分区、复垦规划制定与复垦方案优选。研究结果表明,根据工程布置、硬化特点及复垦难度可将江阴制梁场划分成7个亚区,结合土地利用规划要求,在复垦适宜性评价和投入-产出分析的基础上,确定待复垦区中的制梁区和存梁区最宜复垦为设施农业用地,而其他亚区最宜复垦为林地,评价结果与实际较为吻合。

Abstract: Study on land reclamation and utilization of large temporary facilities in high-speed railway construction was carried out by taking Jiangyin prefabrication yard as the research object. On the basis of analyzing the process of land reclamation and utilization of large temporary facilities in high-speed railway construction. The reclamation engineering partition, reclamation planning and scheme was made and optimized based on detailed analysis of the land characteristics of the prefabrication yard. The results showed that Jiangyin prefabrication yard could be divided into seven sub-regions according to the engineering layout, hardening characteristics and reclamation difficulty. Combined with the land use planning requirements as well as the reclamation suitability evaluation and based on input-output analysis, the optimal reclamation directions for the beam making area and beam saving zone of stay reclamation area are agriculture facilities land while the optimal reclamation directions for other sub-zone are forestlands, and the evaluation result is with the actual relatively anastomosis, which can be widely used in other large temporary facilities’ reclamation and utilization.
