浙江省森林生态服务功能评估与分析

Evaluation and analysis of forest ecosystem services in Zhejiang province

摘要: 通过运用生态学及其经济学理念与方法,以2009年森林资源连清固定样地为基本测算单元,结合国内外学者对森林生态服务功能尤其是有关浙江省的森林生态服务的最新研究成果,按照“样地→总体”的技术主线,分实物量和价值量测算出该省森林2009年水源涵养量130.96亿t,产生效益1 377.71亿元; 固土量21 068.18万t,保肥量938.50万t,产生效益320.22亿元; 吸收CO2 5 379.01万t,释放O2 3 927.01万t,产生效益568.72亿元; 营养物质积累39.13万t,产生效益47.01亿元; 吸收SO258.94万t,滞尘11 897.94万t,产生效益185.54亿元; 生物多样性保护效益875.63亿元; 森林旅游效益183.9亿元,生态服务功能总效益3 558.73亿元。另外,利用抽样技术理论,在95%可靠性指标下,对生态服务功能实物量指标进行了精度分析和区间估值。

Abstract: Based on the concept and method of ecology and economics, by using the continuous forest inventory permanent sampling plot in 2009 as the basic calculate unit, along with the recent research of forest ecological service by foreign researchers, according to the “sample plot→total” technical route, calculation of forest ecological service of Zhejiang province in 2009 was done. The results showed that the forest of Zhejiang province conserved 13.096 billion tons of water resources, which valued 137.771 billion Yuan; fixed 210.681 8 million tons of soil and conserved 9.385 0 million tons of fertility, which valued 32.022 billion Yuan; the forest absorbed 53.790 1 million tons of CO2 and released 39.270 1 million tons of O2, which valued 56.872 billion Yuan; the forest produced 391 300 tons of nutrient which valued 4.701 billion Yuan; the 589 400 tons of sulfur dioxide were absorbed and 118.979 4 million tons of dust were captured by the forest, which valued 18.554 billion Yuan; The forest valued 87.563 billion Yuan for conservation of biodiversity and 18.39 billion Yuan for forest tour. In 2009, the forest of Zhejiang province produces a total benefit of 355.873 billion Yuan. The physical quantities of ecological service function were precisely analyzed and estimated by the sampling theory.
