单板条层积材密度梯度的研究

Research on density gradient of parallel strand lumber

摘要: 通过不施胶压制单板条层积材(PSL)板坯,测定板坯各层的密度分布规律并对其进行统计分析。结果表明,板坯内各层的 单板条压缩后密度呈正态分布。根据预测方程计算板坯密度梯度,并将密度梯度预测值与统计分布区间进行比较,结果表明,当 热压压力低于5 MPa时,计算值能较好地与统计区间吻合,板坯密度梯度不大; 当热压压力为5 MPa时,计算值与统计区间相差较 大,经过分析修正,最终得出板坯密度梯度的计算模型。通过断面密度扫描试验,最终得出的计算模型能反映PSL板坯的密度梯 度。

Abstract: Statistical analysis on the density distribution of each layer was made based on the PSL(parallel strand lumber)pressed without glue. The result indicated that the density of each veneer strip after pressed met the normal distribution. The predicted value calculated by the model would be compared with statistical distribution range. When the pressure is lower than 5 MPa, the calculated value meets well with statistical distribution range. But when the pressure is 5 MPa, there is a great difference between them. And finally the density gradient model was confirmed. The result of face density scanning indicated that the density gradient model of PSL is accurate.
