Effect of fertilization in sand bed on growth and photosynthesis of Lycoris aurea

摘要: 以尿素和磷酸二氢钾在沙床上对忽地笑(Lycoris aurea)进行施肥试验,分析施肥对忽地笑叶生长量、净光合速率及鳞茎生物量的影响,并且就忽地笑净光合速率对光有效辐射的响应、净光合速率的日变化进行了探讨。结果表明:沙土栽培施肥未明显增加忽地笑叶生长量和鳞茎生物量,也未显著提高净光合速率;忽地笑为耐阳植物,其光响应有“单峰型”和“抛物线型”两种类型,净光合速率日变化为“单峰型”。

Abstract: Carbamide and KH2PO4 were set for topdressing fertilization to study the fertilization effects on leaf growth, bulb biomass and the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of Lycoris aurea. The lightresponse to photosynthesis and a diurnal change of Pn were also studied. Results showed that the fertilization couldnt increase the leaf growth, bulb biomass and Pn significantly. L. aurea showed lighttolerance with two types of the lightresponse curve, singlepeak and parabola, and the diurnal change of Pn had a single peak. Finally a suggestion was given for the cultivation of L. aurea.
