摘要: <正>激光显微切割技术是20世纪90年代后期发展。由现代物理学和生物学相结合的精确取材技术。该技术可以在显微镜下利用微激光束直接从不同的组织(包括活体组织)快速切割、分离和纯化生物体的目标组织、细胞及其组分。用于细胞和分子生物学的研究。笔者结台开展激光显徽切割技术研究遇到的问题,从制片技术的改进、基因表达、DNA和蛋白质分析等方面。对激光显微切割技术在植物细胞和兮子生物学研究中的应用进行了综述。

Abstract: The variation of leaf morphological and physiological characteristics among five different provenances of Cyclocarya paliurus seedlings were compared. The results showed that the variation of leaf morphological characteristics was not significant among the five provenances. However, there were significant differences in Pn, ΦPSII, LSP and CE among the provenances. Concerning the provenance of Huangshan in Anhui province and Ganzhou in Jiangxi province, the ability of seedling leaf water-keeping balance was normal, water-holding ability was better than others. However, the provenance of Kunming in Yunnan province, leaf water-keeping balance ability was low and water-holding was normal. The provenance from Jiujiang in Jiangxi province and Liping in Guizhou province, leaf keeping water balance ability was normal, while water-holding ability and the ability of bioplasm enduring from water-losing were worse than the others. Comprehensive appraisal showed that the provenance of Ganzhou in Jiangxi province, Huangshan in Anhui province and Kunming in Yunnan province were superior to the others.
