Cluster analysis on site type classification of scenic forest

摘要: 以南京无想寺国家森林公园为对象,对该森林公园内83个林班的17个立地因子进行了调查,应用主成分分析提取主导因子,再以主导因子为依据聚类划分立地类型。结果表明:以土壤厚度、坡向、凋落物厚度等8个因子为主导因子,可将该森林公园划分为薄土层中石砾厚凋落物、中土层轻石砾厚凋落物等8个立地类型。在立地类型划分基础上,探讨了立地质量对风景林构建的影响,并提出了适当间伐和增加林窗等林分结构调整的建议。

Abstract: At Nanjing Wuxiang Temple National Forest Park, we investigated 17 site factors of 83 forest classes. Eight dominant factors could be extracted and 8 site types could be divided based on principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The results indicated that in the forest park the main factors included soil thickness, slope direction, fall thickness and so on, and 8 site types could be classified in this forest park that included thin soil layer of medium gravel content of thick fall, medium soil layer of low gravel content of thick fall and so on. Based on the site quality, we put forth some suggestions for the stand structure regulating.
