摘要: 研究了全光照和遮阴棚(7 %全光照)两种光强生境下对马耳蕨叶绿素荧光参数的日变化过程。结果显示,日出后,全光照生境下,对马耳蕨叶片的最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、有效光化学量子产量(Fv′/Fm′)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)逐渐下降,其中,Fv/Fm和qP的最小值出现在15:00,Fv′/Fm′的最小值出现在13:00,而非光化学淬灭系数CNPQ(NPQ)和表观电子传递速率(rETR)逐渐上升,并在11:10达到最大值,各项参数值直到第2天清晨才恢复到初始正常水平。遮阴棚环境条件下对马耳蕨反rETR日出后逐渐升高,11:00达到最大值,但仅为全光照下的337%,其他4项参数没有显著变化。研究表明,在全光照下对马耳蕨表现出抗光抑制的保护性反应,能够正常生长,不属于典型的阴生蕨类植物。

Abstract: Under full sunlight and 7 % of sunlight, daily variations of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were explored in Polystichum tsussimense. The results showed that after sunrise the maximal efficiency of PS Ⅱ(Fv/Fm), the excitation capture efficiency of PS Ⅱ(Fv′/Fm′) and photochemical quenching(qP) decreased in P. tsussimense under full sunlight, at 15:00 Fv/Fm and qP were the lowest, at 13:00 Fv′/Fm′ was the lowest. However, the relative electron transport rate (rETR) and nonphotochemical quenching (CNPQ) increased and the highest were at 11:00. These 5 parameters could not be recovered until next morning. Under 7% of sunlight RETR increased after sunrise and the higest was at 11:00, but other 4 parameters changed little all the day. Results suggest that P. tsussimense has photoprotective and grows well under full sunlight. Thus this plant is not a typical shade ferns.
