Preparation of longifolene with high purity

摘要: 以重质松节油为原料,采用单因素实验及正交试验对高纯度长叶烯的制备方法进行了研究。探讨了催化剂种类及用量、溶剂种类及用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对长叶烯产品纯度的影响,确定了高纯度长叶烯的适宜工艺条件。结果表明:采用硫酸为催化剂,催化剂用量为重油原料质量的1%,乙酸溶剂与原料的体积质量比为1:3(mL/g),反应温度为20 ℃,反应时间为4 h,在此条件下石竹烯转化率接近100%。

Abstract: The preparation method of longifolene with high purity was investigated by using heavy turpentine as the raw material with single factor experiment and orthogonal test in this paper. Influence of catalysts and their dosages, solvents and their dosages, reaction temperature, reaction time on the purity of longifolene were examined, and the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: sulfuric acid was selected as the catalyst, and its amount was 1%(based on the total weight of heavy turpentine); acetic acid was used as the solvent, and the ratio of acetic acid to heavy turpentine was 1:3(mL/g), reaction temperature was 20 ℃, reaction time was 4 h. The conversion of β-caryophyllene was near to 100% at above conditions.
