不同采种地红豆树种子性状多样性分析

Analysis on the character diversity of Ormosia hosiei seeds from different producing regions

摘要: 【目的】分析不同采种地红豆树种子性状变异及其与地理因子的相关性,为红豆树采种地试验和遗传资源保护、优质种质资源的挖掘提供数据支持。【方法】对采自福建、浙江、安徽、湖南、四川等5省13个采种地的红豆树种子进行纵径、横径、单粒质量、厚度、纵横径比、体积指数等6个性状测量,并采用单因素分析、相关性分析、聚类分析及主成分分析等方法进行统计分析。【结果】红豆树种子性状都具有丰富的变异性(变异系数均大于10%),其中体积指数变异系数最大,为25.39%。利用相关性分析进一步研究发现,纵径、横径、单粒质量、厚度、纵横径比、体积指数等6个性状间均存在显著的相关性,且这些性状与经纬度间也存在显著的正相关或负相关。聚类分析显示13个采种地种子可聚为5个类群,且各类群在6个性状上均有显著性差异。【结论】利用主成分分析及构建综合评价模型发现,13个采种地种子中综合排名前3位的依次为四川雅安、福建沙县和安徽歙县富堨的红豆树种子。

Abstract: 【Objective】 This study analyzed variation on the seed traits of Ormosia hosiei Hemsl. Et Wils. from different producing regions and their correlation with geographical factors to provide data to support seed experiments, the protection of genetic resources, and resource mining of quality germplasm. 【Method】 We collected seeds from 13 O. hosiei origin locations in five provinces including Fujian, Zhejiang, Hunan, Sichuan, and Anhui, to determine differences in characteristics such as longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, single grain weight, and thickness. Statistics were used to reveal phenotypic variation in seeds from different producing regions and their correlation with geographical factors via single factor analysis, cluster analysis, correlation analysis, and principal component analysis. 【Result】 The phenotypic traits of O. hosiei seeds present abundant variation in characteristics(variability coefficients exceeded 10%). The volume index of variation was the largest, at about 25.39%. Furthermore, correlation analysis revealed that there were significant correlations among the six phenotypic traits, including longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, single grain weight, thickness ratio of vertical to transverse diameter, and bulk index. Furthermore, these traits were significantly positively or negatively correlated with latitude or longitude. Cluster analysis showed that the seeds of 13 producing regions could be clustered into five groups, and each group presented significant differences in six phenotypic traits. 【Conclusion】 Based on the principal component analysis and construction of a comprehensive evaluation model, these results indicated that the top three seeds are from Sichuan Yaan, Fujian Shaxian, and Anhui Shexian Fuhe. These results provide a basis for the development and utilization of the seed resources of O. hosiei Hemsl. Et Wils.
